You can remove the data Zilowy holds about you at any time: a single connected account, individual media, or your whole account. This page explains how. Zilowy is operated by Woobik di Silva Cordeiro Pedro Henrique, trading as Woobik Studio; see our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.
1. Disconnect a social account
In Zilowy, open Settings and disconnect the account (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Fanvue or any other). Zilowy deletes the stored access tokens and the account's profile data straight away; for YouTube, it also revokes Zilowy's access at Google.
You can also revoke access from the platform itself, for example from your Facebook or Instagram settings (Apps and Websites), your TikTok settings or your Google Account permissions. Once access is revoked, Zilowy can no longer act on that account, and you can ask us to delete the data we keep about it as described in section 3.
If Meta sent you here with a confirmation code after you asked it to delete the data Zilowy received from Threads, the deletion is already done: the connection to your Threads profile, its cached posts and replies, and every statistic we captured for it have been removed. Keep the code; if you have any question, write to privacy@zilowy.com quoting it.
2. Delete media
Deleting an image or video in Zilowy removes it, together with its analysis (descriptions, tags, search data) and its links to collections and related media. If the file is stored in your own cloud bucket, you choose whether Zilowy also deletes it from that bucket; otherwise it stays in your storage, under your control. You can download your media as a ZIP before deleting it.
3. Delete your whole account
Write to privacy@zilowy.com from the email address of your Zilowy account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm the request and delete your account, connected accounts, tokens, storage credentials, media records and publication history within 30 days (data obtained through YouTube within 7 days). We may keep limited records where the law requires it, such as invoices.
Files in your own cloud bucket belong to you and are not affected unless you ask us to delete them before closing the account.
